Earcon SL offers the possibilty of a guided visit of KMKey in any of its modalities. The guided visit consists of access to KMKey, accompanied by a technician, who will carry out a demonstration while commenting on the steps taken and answering any doubts, queries or worries.

To obtain a guided visit you must proceed in the following way:

1. Request a time and day:

Using any of the contact channels (mail, telephone, Skype, chat), request a time and day in which to carry out the demo. Average time for a complete demo is from 45 minutes to 1 hour.

2. Access to the guided visit:

Once in contact with our service department, connect to the KMKey demonstration from your PC.

The service department will then give you a password to be able to follow the progression directly. Through whatever communication channel you choose (telephone, chat o Skype) you can chat with our technician, ask questions and make comments.
