KMKey is a platform that upholds the principles of OPEN SOURCE. This means that:
- You do not have to pay for a licence to use it. (NO PAYMENT NECESSARY)
- The client has access to the source code.
Evolution
If the Earcon maintenance service is contracted, the software will never be out of date. KMKey is constantly updated to the latest versions, and is as much a platform as it is its own tool.
Continual Improvement (Working Standards)
KMKey allows for the continual improvement of working projects by listening to suggestions thrown up everyday, and subsequently adjusting its processes. In this way, improvements only have to be introduced into the working standards framework and each and every new project automatically benefits from them.
Automatic Document Generation
From the latest template version (formatted), a document can be generated, saved in a designated folder by default, and linked to a particular task. With this simple invention two of the most common problems in document management can be solved: version control and instant document location.
