  KMKey Quality employs a workflow specifically designed to deal with nonconformities and corresponding corrective and preventive actions that may occur. This includes the intervention of different people, or roles, from those that create the nonconformity to the closing off of the associated correcting actions. The workflow includes date/time management and registers the actions of each of the people who intervene: Quality coordinator, CA/PA makers, verification team, etc. Reports of nonconformities and lists of CA/PAs are generated automatically.
