Software for Technical Control Organisations (O.C.T.). KMKey OCT is an efficient and effective tool for optimising each operation. It allows for the organisation and access of information, and creates an information highway between all companies and users associated with an independent audit.

All information needed for each certificate is made available by means of a structure of folders configurable for OCT, allowing for geotecnical reports, drafts, reservations, D0, D01 etc.. You can allow as many external users (those who you believe should be able to consult the information) entry to the system as required: insurers, clients, clients, contractors, etc...

Deadlines are organised and managed according to each report. Automatically we know which reports are delayed, their submission dates, etc. This information is easily extracted for report production.

When producing reports we can control hours employed, value them and extract any type of economic information: personal expenses, profits, individual invoicing, etc..

KMKey is highly adaptable to the unique and meticulous demands of OCT.
