Configuration
Working Standards
One "working standard" can be defined for those projects which follow a similar working process. Common parameters in this process are defined as followed, and can be set by default:
- Work flow: tasks, dates, categories, co-ordinator, validation ..
-
Folder structure tree
- Fields by default
- Job profiles accessible according to the type of project
- Documents to be generated from tasks
- Payments and accounts trees as required
Profiles
KMKey behaves differently according to the permissions pertaining to the user. The information to which he has access and the actions that can be carried out are sensitive to these permissions. To simplify the form of granting permission, KMKey uses a system of "Profiles". Using this system permission can be assigned to groups of users with a common association, such as a particular project.
Accounts Trees
By configuring KMKey, the organisational structure for a project's economic figures can be easily established. A series of accountable concepts can be defined in which the information can be stored - By creating one or more accounts tree structures, precise economic information can be easily found and extracted.
Generating Document Templates
To be able to generate templates from a standard model, a template must first be constructed and assigned to Working Standards. Once constructed, the template can be used as needed.
