Step 5: Control

Visual Representation

Users have access to all the information stored by KMKey, according to individual access permission. Information is represented in different visual forms to aid use.
  • Project Lists: Shows the different projects available according to order and group, as well as the various means of configuration. Form groups by client, and order them by reference or title, etc..
  • Main Templates: Once a task has been selected, KMKey shows the main template. From here all the information needed can be accessed in a simple ordered manner. Glancing at an individual project you can immediately see: if its open or closed, its description, co-ordinator, actions, validations, associated documents, e-mails, categories, predicted and real completion dates, changes, etc....
  • Calendar: Another way to approach the information is through the calendar. This is another simple way to see which actions have been completed or deadlines that have to be met. In the Diary section, meetings can be planned, reminders made, etc...

Filters

The filters allow for any selected part of the existing information in KMKey to be worked with individually. Information selection can be carried out according to multiple criteria: time period, users, types, clients etc..

Filters can be personalised and used as many times as necessary.
  • Document Filter: Select a group of projects and obtain across the board information about them using the tools available: analysis of hours, economic reports, actions completed, documents available etc..
  • Tasks Filter: To obtain a greater level of detail, you can filter tasks according to various criteria: category, user, date etc.. This facility allows each user to draw up on a specific template the information they need.
