Step 4: Manage information

Objective:
Assign the diferent "information pils" to the tasks in order to organize everything significant to the project. We can add files, notes, e-mails, economic inputs, data etc..

4.1 Notes:
Information related to the task can be shared by all the users entering and consultinmg the notes.

4.2 e-mail
Those notes can be send from the task to any user on the data base or external. The mails, when replied are automatically organized in the correspondent task.

4.3 Files:
A complete document (file) management can be used in the project controlling versions, author, metadata etc.. The files can be organized in a file tree or attached to one or more tasks.

4.4 Hours worked
The time we spend working in a task can be entered either in the task or in a general work sheet

4.4 Economic units
Personal expenses and other economic units can be added per task or project. All the cicle from the offer to the invoice and later the payments etc can be controled in any project or group of projects ..
