Step 3: Planning
Set the task tree with the scheduled start and end data. Task list can come from the work pattern or be modified at any moment.
3.1 Planning:
All the task caracteristics (name, scheduled start, scheduled end, effort,..) can be modified. Links between workflows aswell.
3.2 New task
We can add tasks at any given moment.
3.1 Upload from MS Project:
If the plan has to change many times during the project life, this facility will help us. It coordinates the plan with a MS Project with a simply upload from an XML file.
