Earcon SL offers the possibility of a guided tour of KMKey of any one of it's available modalities. The guided tour consists in accessing KMKey accompanied by a salesperson who will go through the application with you while talking to you about the demonstration and answering your questions and comments.
Follow these instructions for a remote tour.
 

1. Request a day and time :

Using any of the contact channels (mail, telephone, Skype, chat), request a time and day to carry out the demo. The average time for a complete demo is from 45 minutes to 1 hour.

2. Access to the guided tour :

Once in contact with our service department, connect to the KMKey demonstration from your PC.

Step 1:

Step 2:
You should now see following window, press OK

 

 

*If this window does not appear you may be because JAVA is not installed on your PC. You can download it at http://www.java.com. Or perhaps your IT department uses a proxy that impedes the connection. If so, please ask them for help or use our Visit via tunnel.

 

Paso 3:

Enter the password your we have previously given you (leave the username empty) and press OK.

You should now have access to the tour.

 



 

 

Paso 4:

Via the channel agreed on (Telephone, Chat or Skype) you can speak with your guide, watch the tour on your screen, and ask questions or make comments.
