Objective: Assign individuals and groups (companies, departments, etc. ..) needed to implement the project including both users with their relevant permissions and other external contact information.
- 2.1) Groups: KMKey Project allows to create groups of people according to project needs and how you want to sort that information. Offices, departments, business clients, suppliers, etc, these are groups that are used regularly.
- 2.2) Contacts: people who are, in one way or another, related to project activities. Both those directly involved and those who are not. You can enter the information that best suits them: telephones, e-mail, address, date of birth, etc. .. The fields are fully configurable.
- 2.3) Users: people involved with the project who need to access the system and work with it. To do this we must assign them predefined permissions so as they can access via a username and password.
