Objective: Assign the different "information pills" to tasks in order to organize relevant information to each project. This relevant information can take the form of files, notes, e-mails, economic inputs, data etc..
- 4.1) Notes: Information related to the task can be shared by all the users entering and consulting the notes.
- 4.2) e-mail: Those notes can be sent from the task to any user on the data base or externally. The emails, when replied to, are automatically organized in the correspondent task.
- 4.3) Files: A complete document (file) management can be used in the project controlling versions, author, metadata etc. Files can be organized in a file tree or attached to one or more tasks.
- 4.4) Hours worked: Time spent working on a task can be entered either in the task or in a general work sheet.
- 4.5) Economic units: Personal expenses and other economic units can be added per task or project. The complete cycle, from offer to invoice and later to payment can be controlled in any project or group of projects.
