Objective: Define the scenario in which the project will be developed. Make a forecast as in dates, resources and economy.
 

• 3.1) Planning dates: Calendar: KMKey Project divides the project into tasks and task groups. From the chosen work template, dates are calculated and scheduled to end. Through various tools we can adapt default values to fit our project.
• 3.2) Resources: the effort required to perform each task is performed by people (HR). This can be estimated by assigning a forecast to any of the tasks prepared by profile or by person. Later we will use this data to compare estimates real outcome.
• 3.3) Economy: under a tree of accounting concepts designated by the user we can enter an estimate of the economic impact that we believe the project will have. As this progresses we can introduce the economic reality and compare that with expectations.
